The Bay Harbor Channel Owners Association is guided by a dedicated team of resident volunteers. Our board works to maintain the beauty, security, and value of our coastal community through transparent governance and strategic planning.

President

Captain Robert Smith

Robert has been a resident of Bay Harbor for over 15 years. With a background in maritime logistics and project management, he brings a structured approach to community development and infrastructure maintenance.

He is passionate about preserving our local ecosystem while ensuring that the channel remains accessible and safe for all boat owners. Robert previously served as the association's Treasurer for four years before taking on the role of President in 2021.

Treasurer

Sarah Jenkins, CPA

Sarah leads our financial strategy with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and public accounting. She oversees the annual budget, reserve studies, and long-term capital improvement funding for the association.

Her commitment to fiscal transparency has helped Bay Harbor maintain one of the strongest reserve positions in the region, ensuring stability for all homeowners without the need for unexpected assessments.

Secretary

Michael Chen

Michael is responsible for all association records, meeting minutes, and official communications. He acts as the primary liaison between the board and the management company, ensuring that resident concerns are addressed promptly.

A retired educator, Michael is passionate about community outreach and organizing our seasonal neighborhood gatherings. He has been instrumental in modernizing our digital communications platform.

Questions for the Board?
